By downloading, installing, or using ValoWatch ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ValoWatch regarding your use of the App.

ValoWatch is a third-party mobile application that provides:

• Access to your Valorant daily shop and night market
• Wishlist functionality for tracking desired skins
• Push notifications for wishlist items
• Bundle and offer tracking

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Riot account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools or bots with the App
• Violate Riot Games' Terms of Service

By using ValoWatch, you acknowledge that you must also comply with Riot Games' Terms of Service and API Terms of Use. Any violation of Riot's terms may result in:

• Suspension or termination of your Riot account
• Loss of access to ValoWatch features
• Potential legal action by Riot Games

VALORANT and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. ValoWatch claims no ownership over any Riot Games intellectual property.

The ValoWatch app, including its design, code, and original content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.1 Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will function without interruption. Service may be affected by:

• Riot Games API changes or downtime
• Maintenance and updates
• Technical issues beyond our control

6.2 Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data displayed in the App is current or error-free. Shop rotations, prices, and availability are subject to change by Riot Games.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
